Pressure Vessels and Accumulators(PVA)

Pressure Vessels and Accumulators

Pressure Vessels means a container designed to hold the material at high pressures. It is a tank, store High-Pressure Steam or other Liquids or Gasses.
Thermodyne Engineering Systems provide Steam Accumulators to meet the unique demands of fluctuating steam loads in plants. These are an excellent solution to plants where the average loads are low, but intermittent steam demands are high

The Steam Boilers designed as per the average steam loads are not able to match the peak steam flow requirements here the Steam Accumulators provide the buffer to take care of the process steam requirements very effectively.
Thermodyne Boilers can design a suitable size accumulator as per customer’s needs and process demands.

4 MAJOR ADVANTAGES OF AIR PREHEATER IN BOILER

4 MAJOR ADVANTAGES OF AIR PREHEATER IN BOILER:
1.Increased thermal efficiency
2. Short payback period & increased combustion rate
3. In the case of combustion of pulverized coal hot air can be used for drying the coal as well as for burning the coal efficiently
4. All standard fuels and even lower grades of coals can be burnt efficiently with hot air

Thermodyne Boilers is a successful manufacturing the Boiler accessories like Air Preheaters, Economizers, Superheaters etc.

4 MAJOR CAUSES OF GALVANIC CORROSION IN BOILER

Galvanic corrosion occurs by electrical coupling of dissimilar metals or alloys.

What is Combi Boiler?

combi boiler or combination boiler is the most commonly used boiler in India. Combi Boiler is a unique membrane design water wall type boiler which combines the advantages of both water tube & smoke tube steam boilers. A combination type of steam boiler is the one which has the operational characteristics of both smoke tube and water tube steam boiler respectively. Unlike the packaged type Boilers, here the furnace is external to the boiler shell. During its operation, the combustion takes place in the water wall so the flue gases from here travel through this membrane (as in a Water Tube Boiler) and enter the Boiler shell. Now the flue gases travel in the smoke tubes (as in a Smoke Tube Boiler)
During its course of motion, it transfers heat to the – Water present in the tubes in the Water Wall MembraneWater present in the Boiler shell through tubesThis type of steam boiler offers the high degree of reliability and trouble-free operation. They effectively operate at moderately hig…
