A cyclone dust collector is a device used to enhance the quality of air released from industries & commercial processes by separating dust and other impurities from air or gas. In the case of boilers multicyclone dust collector is used to remove particulates from flue gases. Dust collectors are particulate control devices that use centrifugal force & gravity settling to collect pollutants. A high speed rotating air flow is established within a cylindrical or conical dust collector called a cyclone. Air flows in a helical pattern. Larger particles strike the outside wall and then fall to the bottom of the cyclone from where they can be removed easily.
