What is Combi Boiler?

A  combi boiler  or combination boiler is the most commonly used boiler in India.  Combi Boiler  is a unique membrane design water wall type boiler which combines the advantages of both  water tube & smoke tube steam boilers . A combination type of  steam boiler  is the one which has the operational characteristics of both  smoke tube and water tube steam boiler  respectively. Unlike the  packaged type Boilers , here the furnace is external to the boiler shell. During its operation, the combustion takes place in the water wall so the flue gases from here travel through this membrane (as in a  Water Tube Boiler ) and enter the Boiler shell. Now the flue gases travel in the smoke tubes (as in a  Smoke Tube Boiler ) During its course of motion, it transfers heat to the – Water present in the tubes in the Water Wall Membrane Water present in the Boiler shell through tubes This type of steam boiler offers...

Horizontal Water Tube Boilers

Water Wall Membrane type Boilers(Combitherm) Horizontal Water Tube Boiler   is a unique design  membrane water wall type boiler  combining the advantages of  water tube & smoke tube designs .  The radiation zone of the furnace is covered on three sides by water tubes forming the first pass and the conventional  smoke tube  shell has tubes lined up forming the second and third pass of flue gases.  Thus, the  water wall furnace  recovers the radiation heat of the furnace and the  smoke tube shell provides large water & steam  holding capacities to give the maximum  advantage. Combitherm – Ultra boiler ( Horizontal water tube boiler )  is factory assembled unit, installed on a skid base frame requiring minimum site work. It is an Our New Model .  Combitherm – Ultra Boiler  is 5 side  water wall membrane type ultra boiler  which includes the maximum site works and reduce boil...

Water Wall Membrane Type Boilers

Water Wall Membrane Type Boiler Combi Boiler (Combitherm) is a unique design membrane water wall type boiler combining the advantages of water tube & smoke tube designs . Thus the water wall furnace recovers the radiation heat of the furnace and the smoke tube shell provides large water & steam holding capacities to give a maximum advantage. This design can burn a variety of fuels like Coal, Lignite, Rice Husk, Wood, Bagasse, Groundnut shells , and several other fuels thus providing you with lowest energy costs depending upon the fuel available in your area. Advantages : The flexibility of fuels with choice of agrowaste fuels Combines the advantage of water tube and smoke tube designs High thermal efficiency and low operating costs Dependable quality of c...

Fire Tube Boilers

Dual Furnace Fired-Tube Boiler The fire-tube boiler developed because the third of the four major historical types of boilers: low-pressure tank or " haystack" boiler , flue boilers with one or 2 massive flues, fire-tube boilers with several little tubes, and high-pressure water-tube boilers . The advantage of boiler over fluid boilers with a single massive flue is that the various little tubes provide way larger heating surface area for an equivalent overall boiler volume. the final construction is as a tank of water penetrated by tubes that carry the hot flue gases from the heart. The tank is typically cylindrical for the foremost part—being the strongest sensible form for a pressurised container —and this cylindrical tank is also either horizontal or vertical. This type of boiler was used on nearly all steam locomotives within the horizontal "locomotive" kind. This encompasses a cylindrical barrel containing the fireplace tubes , however also has a...

Wood Fired Boilers

Wood Fired Boilers Wood fired boiler instrumentality is common in the lumber process trade. several facilities can use wood waste boilers as an integral a part of the assembly method. Steam or hot water is generated for lumber drying and method needs. Wood burning boilers but, ordinarily produce extended ash and soot build-up within the fireplace tubes, leading to inefficient heat transfer and a loss of steam pressure. Most wood-fired boilers need manual tube brushing. this suggests shutting down the boiler for hours whereas mill personnel brush the ash build-up from the hearth tubes. The trade-off for not frequently cleanup the fire tubes is excessive fuel usage, loss of energy and boiler unskillfulness. Frequent manual cleanup means that a loss of your time and productivity in order that the dirty and long job of tube brushing is done. Wood Fired Boiler

Industrial Water tube Boilers

Water Tube Type Boilers  The industrial water tube boiler mostly produces steam or hot water primarily for industrial process applications, and is used less frequently for heating applications. In the water tube design, tubes contain steam or water and the products of combustion pass around the tubes. Typically, water tube designs consist of multiple drums. A steam drum (upper) and mud drums (lower) are connected by the tubes, which form both the convection section and the furnace area. Packaged industrial water tube boilers are typically rated in pounds of steam per hour output at operating conditions and range from 10,000 to 134,000 lbs/hr. Industrial water tube boilers are noted for their fast steaming capability. Steam is generated very rapidly because of the relatively low water content. This allows them to respond quickly to changing load demands. The industrial water tube boiler design makes it capable of generating either saturated or super heated steam....

Smoke Cum Water Tube Boilers

Smoke Cum Water Tube Boilers                      Combitherm- Combi Boilers may be a distinctive design membrane water wall kind boiler combining the benefits of water tube & smoke tube design. A radiation zone of the chamber is roofed on 3 sides by water tubes forming the primary pass and therefore the standard smoke tube shell has tubes lined up forming the second and third pass of flue gases. so the water wall chamber recovers the radiation heat of the chamber and therefore the smoke tube shell provides giant water & steam holding capacities to convey the most advantage. This design will burn a spread of fuels like Coal, Lignite, Rice Husk, Wood, Bagasse, Groundnut shells, alternative and several other other fuels so providing you with lowest energy prices relying upon the fuel availableness in your space. Advantages The flexibility of fuels with an alternative of agro waste fuels Combines to the ad...

3 Pass Smoke Cum Water Tube Type Boiler (Combitherm) | Combi Boiler

Combi Boiler:  Combi Boiler - Combitherm is a unique design membrane water wall type boiler combining the advantages of water tube and smoke tube designs . The radiation zone of the chamber is roofed on three sides by water tubes forming the first pass and so the quality smoke tube shell has tubes lined up forming the second and third pass of flue gases . that the water wall chamber recovers the radiation heat of the chamber and thus the smoke tube shell provides huge water and steam holding capacities to grant most advantage. This design can burn an expansion of fuels like Coal, Lignite, Rice Husk, Wood, Bagasse, Groundnut shells, various different fuels , therefore, providing you with lowest energy costs relying upon the fuel available in your area. Advantages:- The flexibility of fuels with various agro waste fuels Combines the advantage of the smoke tube and water tube design High thermal efficiency and low operative costs Dependable quality of components like...
