Revosteam(conventional forced-circulation type water tube coil type boiler)

Water Tube Coil Type Boiler

REVOSTEAM is that the typical forced-circulation type water tube coil type boiler incorporating the distinctive principle of combustion called ‘Reverse Flow’. This will increase the combustion potency and permits a high rate of warmth unharness. It is offered in each IBR and Non-IBR designs.
Construction:
The boiler includes of a jacketed MS shell housing a spiraling coil. The combustion air is forced through the jacketed shell by suggests that of a centrifugal blower thereby obtaining pre-heated. The flame travels downwardly within the coil and therefore the flue gases reverse upwards thereby giving 2 passes within the refulgent zone guaranteeing complete combustion and better heat flux. The third pass of the flue gases is within the convective zone between the coil and therefore the inner shell. Flue gases then trip the saver forming the fourth pass.

 Advantages

  1. Fully Automatic unit
  2. Unique four pass design
  3. High potency and low running price
  4. Minimum site-work, low installation prices
  5. Instant steaming at intervals five minutes of cold begin
  6. Built-in economiser will increase the operative potency
  7. Fail-safe design and dependable operative instruments

Capacity range
Revosteam is obtainable in capacities from a hundred Kg/hr to 1200 Kg/hr.

What is Mobrey

What is Mobrey? Mobrey  is the name used for the  Automatic water level controller , it comes under the category of mountings and fittings of  Steam Boiler Assembly . As the name suggests, it is used for maintaining the water level in the Boiler shell. It is mostly used in  smoke tube steam boilers  not in  water tube boilers , as the shell diameter of the former is greater than that of latter irrespective of their running capacities and working pressures. We at  Thermodyne Boilers  had supplied and installed successfully these Mobrey (automatic water level controllers) to all our clients. For  smoke tube boilers , mobrey is fitted externally on the nozzles coming out of the s team boiler  shell curvature.  It consists of a hollow cylindrical unit in which a float hangs. So, when the feed pump works, it supplies feed water to the boiler shell and it gets filled up. From those nozzles, the water also enters the hollow cylin...

Why spirals are provided at the Idustrial Boiler Chimney

Chimney:- Chimney , as we know, is used to reject the flue gases to the atmosphere, coming from the Steam Boiler during operation. Also, it is a megastructure in Steam Boiler assembly and any discrepancy in its structural and foundation work can cause extremely serious damages, may even lead to casualties or plant shut off till its re-erection. The designer must consider all the factors while designing chimneys and one of the major factors amongst them is the wind factor. Blowing wind tries to overcome its static inertia but fails, if spirals are provided on the surface of the chimney. BUT THE QUESTION IS HOW????? Consider a chimneys (without spiral wings) , when the blowing wind comes in contact with its upstream surface, stagnation point (zero velocity) is achieved at that point i.e. pressure generated is high at that point and at the downstream end a vacuum is created as the wind coming in contact with the chimneys , gets deflected and meets after some point (wake regio...
