Coil Type Boiler is the traditional forced-circulation kind water tube coil type boiler incorporating the distinctive principle of combustion referred to as ‘Reverse Flow. Construction

      The boiler contains a jacketed MS shell housing a spiraling coiled. The combustion air is forced through the jacketed shell by means that of a centrifugal blower thereby obtaining to pre-heated. The flame travels downwardly within the coil and also the flue gases reverse upwards thereby giving 2 passes within the effulgent zone making certain complete combustion and best heat flux. Chimney:- Chimney , as we know, is used to reject the flue gases to the atmosphere, coming from the Steam Boiler during operation. Also, it is a megastructure in Steam Boiler assembly and any discrepancy in its structural and foundation work can cause extremely serious damages, may even lead to casualties or plant shut off till its re-erection.
