Petcoke Fired Thermic Fluid Heaters
Petcoke Fired Thermic Fluid Heater is one of the most trusted names among Thermic Fluid Heaters and is synonymous with high reliability, high efficiency, longer equipment life, and lower operational & maintenance costs.

Construction:

The hot thermic fluid is circulated in a closed circuit by a high temperature circulating pump and the heat is transferred to the process through appropriate heat exchanges at user's end. A combined deaerator cum expansion tank eliminates any liberated gases and absorbs the thermic fluid expansion during the heating process.

Advantages:

  1. Fully automatic unit
  2. High system efficiency
  3. Most suitable for high-temperature heating
  4. Can attain temperatures up to 300oC
  5. Minimum site work and ease of installation
  6. Can operate on the variety of fuels as per local availability
Capacity:
Thermodyne Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heater is available in capacities from 1 Lac Kcal/hr to 25 Lac Kcal/hr.

What is Combi Boiler?

combi boiler or combination boiler is the most commonly used boiler in India. Combi Boiler is a unique membrane design water wall type boiler which combines the advantages of both water tube & smoke tube steam boilers. A combination type of steam boiler is the one which has the operational characteristics of both smoke tube and water tube steam boiler respectively. Unlike the packaged type Boilers, here the furnace is external to the boiler shell. During its operation, the combustion takes place in the water wall so the flue gases from here travel through this membrane (as in a Water Tube Boiler) and enter the Boiler shell. Now the flue gases travel in the smoke tubes (as in a Smoke Tube Boiler)
During its course of motion, it transfers heat to the – Water present in the tubes in the Water Wall MembraneWater present in the Boiler shell through tubesThis type of steam boiler offers the high degree of reliability and trouble-free operation. They effectively operate at moderately hig…
