1. HARDNESS (Ca++/Mg++)
      Scale deposits in Steam Boiler inhibit heat transfer and thermal efficiency
 2.TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLID(TDS)
 Primming,  Foaming,  scale deposits in boiler
 3. CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2)
           Corrosive, forms carbonic acid in condensate.
  4. OXYGEN (O2)
            Corrosion & Pitting of boiler tubes, and turbine blades, failure of   steam  lines, and fittings  
 5. SILICA (SI)
           Hard scale in boilers and cooling systems: turbine blade deposits.
6. HYDROGEN SULPHIDE (H2S)
         Water smells like rotten eggs: Tastes bad & is corrosive to most metal
